Acne is a skin problem that causes your face to be covered with red pimples, along with itching and frequent irritation. It’s a problem that is faced by both genders, but more usual among women. There are many ways to handle this problem, either medically or naturally.
Medical ointment/drugs are the best suggestion, to anyone having a severe acne problem. At such a serious level, it would be unwise to use any product by yourself, without knowing its affects. Dermatologists would be able to guide you well in this regard and you could use the product without having to have your skin dried up. Using any products on your own, especially the commercial ones would only cause to end up having more acne.
Natural solutions are also available largely for curing acne without drying your skin. Eating healthy fruits and food could keep your skin fresh and clean, and gradually helping you to cope up with the acne. Eating junk food, oily, fried stuff, would aggravate it further. Again we have the classic advice of drinking lots of water and getting good sleep. Drinking water will help you remove all the harmful toxins in the body, and affectively decrease the acne level.
Face washes with 5 – 10% benzoyl peroxide is also helpful for mild acne removal. For temporary relief you can use toothpaste (NOT GEL) on the pimples and cover them up with bandages, and wash face the next day. Just don’t over use it as it could burn the face. If you feel a burning sensation, stop at once. Even garlic juice can be used to remove the pimples. But do understand that these solutions work well on some, and bad on others, because it all depends on skin type. There are hundreds of natural solutions, but all may not work out well for you, so its better you do a full fledged research before you attempt any of the product.
Sleeping well, living hygienically, washing your face with mild soap, and going for medical help, when all natural solutions fail is a great way to remove your acne without causing any scarring or harmful affects to your skin.
